I love before & after makeover posts. I have so many 'befores' sitting here, waiting to become 'afters' LOL!! I voted!
I'm a before and after kind of gal. I know I'm not going to do one so the tutorial isn't something I would use and I have too short an attention span to see a video...lol....Is that too many answers?
I voted. I too am a before and after sort of gal. It gives me hope that I too can see the beauty in someone's trash pile.

I like seeing makeover posts. I don't do as many these days as I used to, as far as furniture makeovers. I do enjoy seeing what others do.

You breathed new life into that piece. I'm a visual learner and seeing the photos leaves the most impact for me. I look at them for inspiration and to get the concept. The tutorial is second to that.

I absolutely do love makeover posts. Not that I ever do the makeovers...but it's fun to see yours. :) They really do inspire me to hunt Craig's List for something good. One of these days it will pop up.
I actually came by the other day to check on your kitchen. Think we are going to do a little updating on ours this summer.

Oh how I love seeing "trash" turned into "treasures!" There is practically nothing that can't be transformed with paint, paper, or fabric, IMHO. :-) Your own transformation of that desk is wonderful. So clean and contemporary looking. Thanks for offering this book give-away, Penny!

Well you know me, always ready to get moving on a furniture makeover - perhaps what I really need is one on myself though, lol! Seems lately I'm doing them on items to sell at the shop but I have several I need at attack here at home - especially outdoor metal which has gone from shabby chic to just shabby!!!!
Not familiar with this book but would love a chance to add it to my 'library'.

I always enjoy your makeovers -- you do such a precise and perfect job! I am not much for detailed tutorials, unless it is something I am planning to do. Since no one is clairvoyant, it is probably a good idea to explain at least a little how something is done.
